Leo and Don cover topics about spiritual growth including how to grow closer to Jesus in prayer through silence, solitude and fasting, making the interior life come to life, spiritual warfare, and the power and charisms of the Holy Spirit. (see multimedia presentations for some talks). The theme is basically: "Spiritual Body Building." Our meetings are rich in worship, prayer, instruction, sharings and question and answer interaction. We also set time for healing prayer. One should bring a heart open to the Holy Spirit, a Bible and a notebook. We can give a one hour talk, or best of all a Saturday workshop from 9 to 2.
